Max Garner grew up in Biscoe, North Carolina and graduated from NC State University in 1976. He graduated from Loyola School of Law in New Orleans in 1979 and was admitted to the NC Bar in 1979. Max is the attorney for Montgomery County Schools. In addition to education law, he primarily practices criminal, motor vehicle and real estate law. Max and his wife, Tracy live in Troy and together have four adult children. When not in the office, Max enjoys golf, reading, and working out.
Sonya (Loving) Williamson grew up in Hamlet, North Carolina and graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1984. She graduated from Campbell University School of Law, cum laude, in 1990 and was admitted to the NC Bar in 1990. Sonya’s primary practice areas are real estate, family law, estates, and estate planning. Sonya and her husband, Ashley live in Troy and have three adult children. Sonya enjoys yoga, hiking, kayaking, and gardening when she is not working.
